Our store items all have size/color/photo information, and some items also have video introductions. We have provided as much detailed information about the products for the customers' reference. The measurements are done on a flat surface, so there may be a 2-3cm difference. The lighting used in the photos may also cause some color deviation, so the product images are for reference only. The actual product will be the standard. In case of any disputes, HKSHOPSHOP reserves the final decision.

Please consult the store owner as much as possible before purchasing, in order to minimize any unnecessary misunderstandings. Customers are advised to consider carefully before placing an order.

Please note: We do not accept refunds due to the delivery time or expected effects not meeting the customer's expectations.
We also do not accept refunds if a customer is unable to purchase a complete "set" due to a product being discontinued.

After successful payment, we will arrange the order. Once the order confirmation is sent, the style/color/size cannot be changed.
Some styles may be out of stock or discontinued, in which case we can substitute or arrange a refund.

Except for discontinued products, orders and discounted items are not refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances.
